A combat unit convinces you that the group as well as the technique conquers all and that merit is never individual. It is always the group that wins, fails, saves or kills. Personal pronouns have no place in the merit of an action that always depends on the level of excellence of each member of the chain of command. The military is always an environment that is truly conducive to personal development or destruction.
